Visiting Speakers

Every week during term time, PhilSoc have dedicated themselves to providing renowned, and interesting, Speakers from the academic community, to talk to students, staff and anyone off the street. Over the course of the year, a variety of topics are discussed, from metaphysics to pornography, with a view to ensuring every week is something new and interesting.

The Lectures happen every Thursday @ 6pm in Appleton Tower (unless otherwise stated) and will normally finish between 7.30 & 8pm to allow for a good amount of pub time afterwards.

Every lecture costs £2 for non-members and Philsoc members get free entry!
